You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from using online gambling services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of pulito complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one account on pulito. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") for any reason, including but not limited to claiming multiple bonuses, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
To use pulito's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address in Indonesia. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions and bets placed.
pulito reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (KTP - Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused until satisfactory KYC documentation is provided.
You must notify pulito immediately of any changes to your personal information, including changes of address, email, or phone number. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
pulito accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallet services including OVO, GoPay, DANA, and ShopeePay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20,000. All deposits are credited to your account in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and banking institution.
You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Processing times vary by payment method: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri typically process within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB), though larger amounts may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours.
pulito is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted, except in cases of account closure at our discretion.
pulito does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which we are not responsible.

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "turnover" or "playthrough" requirements), typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount plus deposit (e.g., "15x bonus + deposit"). You must complete the stated wagering requirement before you may withdraw bonus-related winnings. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution percentages are specified in the bonus terms.
pulito reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings in cases of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers. We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses at our sole discretion if we believe bonus terms have been violated.
All bets are subject to acceptance by pulito. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical error. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your account history, it constitutes a binding agreement between you and pulito.
Bets are settled based on the official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body, game provider, or lottery authority. In the case of sports betting, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time. Specific settlement rules for football betting, live casino, slots, and togel are available on request.
In the event of an obvious error in odds, results, or bet settlement (commonly known as "palpable error"), pulito reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must notify us within 14 days of settlement via email to [email protected]. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.
pulito reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types, especially accumulator bets and promotional wagers. Current maximum payout limits are available upon request and may be updated from time to time.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and possible legal action.
While pulito strives to provide uninterrupted access to our services, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. The Service may be subject to downtime for maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events. pulito is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from temporary unavailability of the Service.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game rules, and promotional terms, is accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occasionally occur. pulito is not liable for decisions you make based on inaccurate information displayed on the Platform, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
pulito integrates third-party services, including game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.) and payment processors. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of service of these third-party providers, though we make reasonable efforts to partner only with reputable and licensed providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pulito's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You may close your pulito account at any time by contacting customer support via email at [email protected] or through Live Chat. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (excluding any bonus balances subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.
pulito reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulatory authority. In the event of account closure by pulito, we will return any remaining balance to you, minus any amounts owed to us, unless the closure is due to fraud or breach of these Terms, in which case balances may be forfeited.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. pulito reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on inactive accounts with a balance, or to close inactive accounts with zero balance after notifying you via your registered email address.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to online betting operators serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution clause below.
In the event of a dispute between you and pulito, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The place of arbitration shall be determined by mutual agreement, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and pulito regarding your use of the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
